Corporate Presentation Standard for WWF

Developing and installing the Corporate Standard for World Wide Fund

The Challenge

  • Faced with the challenge of producing numerous presentations, WWF was looking for a solution that could help them reduce the time and workload associated with the process by automating most of the routine tasks.
  • Having just introduced a new brand identity, the organization also needed a way to keep all of its presentations in strict adherence to the brand guidelines.

Course of Actions

Analysing source data

2

And 3 color schemes.

3

Defining procedures for changing styles and color scheme

Making all elements color-coordinated and consistent with the color of each template.

Setting slides samples, layouts, color schemes.

Here’s how the menu ‘Layout’ looks like after it was set up.

Elements from brand book, meant for presentations…

…are transferred into vectorial modethe same goes with Panda emblems

4

Programming the panel with all templates and elements

Creating the panel’s interface: interface icons, icons for slides, and elements templates.

That’s how it looks like in PP:

Selecting slidesSelecting elements
Changing the presentation formatChanging colors

Adding pictures to the gallery is simple and can be done right from the Panel.

The Corporate Presentation Standard is tested and ready to be installed at WWF's offices around the world.
